Group Spa Appointments

Please call, text, or email us to request a group appointment and confirm the best room arrangement for your party. We currently have four couples rooms, six private single treatment rooms, one private sauna room, and one couples sauna room. A group room designed to accommodate up to four guests together is currently in preparation and is not yet available for booking. At this time, we can accommodate up to eight guests at the same appointment time, depending on staff, room, and service availability.

This policy applies to reservations arranged and confirmed with Oasis Spa as a group booking. Walk-in groups and guests who make separate individual appointments are handled separately.

We recommend booking as early as possible to ensure the best availability. Groups of 4–5 guests may sometimes be accommodated with as little as 24 hours’ notice, depending on staff, room, and service availability. Larger groups, weekends, holidays, and specific service or room requests should be booked further in advance.

A 50% deposit is required to confirm all group bookings. The reservation is not confirmed until the deposit has been received. The deposit will be applied toward the final balance. Guests may pay the deposit in person at Oasis Day Spa or through a secure payment link provided by our team.

24–72 hours before your appointment

• 50% refund.
• Remaining deposit may be issued as store credit.

Less than 24 hours

• Deposit is non-refundable.

No-show

• Deposit is forfeited.

If only part of the group cancels, the cancellation policy applies only to the guests who cancel.

If one or more guests in the group cancel or do not attend, the cancellation policy applies only to the canceled guests’ portion of the booking. The remaining guests and their reservations will not be affected.

Please arrive on time for your scheduled group appointment. We will make every reasonable effort to provide the full originally scheduled service time. However, late arrivals may need to receive a shortened service so that later appointments are not delayed. The original service price will still apply, and no refund or price adjustment will be provided for time lost due to late arrival.

Any reservation made for four or more guests attending during the same appointment time is considered a group booking, whether the guests are family members, friends, or paying separately. Group booking policies still apply even if guests choose different services, use separate treatment rooms, or are not scheduled in the same room.

Policy Update (Effective July 20, 2026):
The previous 18% Group Service Charge has been updated to an 18% Automatic Gratuity for all group appointments of four or more guests. This is a billing classification update only and does not change the total amount charged.

Walk-in groups are always welcome. 

We recommend calling ahead so we can provide the best estimate of current availability. 

Walk-in groups are accommodated based on existing appointments, staff, room, and service availability. Same-time service for the entire group cannot be guaranteed, and no deposit is required.

If one guest pays for multiple guests on a single check, an automatic 18% gratuity will be added. Guests who pay separately are not subject to the automatic gratuity.
