Oasis Day Spa was created as a calm and comfortable place for guests to slow down, relax, and take care of themselves. From the outside, our spa may look simple, but inside we offer more than 10 treatment rooms, including private massage rooms, private facial rooms, 3 couples massage rooms, individual steam sauna rooms, and a dedicated couples steam sauna room.
Our owner has more than 15 years of experience in spa business operations and many years of hands-on experience in the spa and beauty industry. She became a licensed esthetician in 2007, a licensed massage therapist in 2009, and a licensed massage instructor in 2021.
We take massage seriously as an important part of Oasis Day Spa. Our massage menu includes more than simple relaxation, with options ranging from gentle relaxation massage to deeper pressure, focused work, prenatal massage, lymphatic drainage, and other specialized massage services. Based on each guest’s intake form, comfort level, pressure preference, and areas of tension, we may adjust pressure, focus areas, and techniques to better fit the guest’s needs for the day.
We may not be perfect, but we are always working to improve our space, our service, and the overall guest experience.
Late Arrival Policy
If you are running late, please call us as soon as possible. We will do our best to adjust your appointment time based on our schedule and room availability.
Appointments may not be held if a guest is more than 15 minutes late without notice, especially during busy hours. In that case, we may need to offer a shorter service, ask you to wait for the next available opening, or reschedule your appointment.
Group Appointment Policy
Group appointments may require special scheduling and may have separate cancellation or deposit policies. Please call us directly for group bookings.
Gift Card Policy
Gift cards are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash. Gift cards are valid for spa services only and cannot be used toward gratuities.
Minor Guest Policy
Guests under 18 years old must have a parent or legal guardian complete and sign a minor consent form before receiving massage or spa services.
A parent or legal guardian must remain inside the spa during the minor’s service. The parent or guardian does not need to stay inside the service room unless requested.
If a parent or legal guardian would like to stay in the room during the service, please call ahead to schedule so we can arrange a larger room when available. A larger room may be needed to allow enough space for the guest, guardian, and massage therapist.
Photo & Video Policy
For privacy and comfort, photos, videos, and audio recordings are not allowed during massage or spa services.
Pet & Service Animal Policy
We love pets, but pets are not allowed inside the spa, including pets held by guests or kept in carriers during services.
Service animals are welcome as required by law and must remain under control at all times.
Guest Intake & Comfort Policy
Guests may be asked to complete an intake form before receiving services. Please fill out the form honestly and let us know about any health concerns, injuries, allergies, pregnancy, recent surgery, skin concerns, or other conditions that may affect your service.
Our massage services are designed for relaxation, comfort, and helping ease everyday muscle tension. Please inform your massage therapist immediately if you feel discomfort, pain, dizziness, numbness, or if the pressure feels too strong during your session.
Cleanliness & Linen Policy
For each guest, we prepare fresh linens and use layered sheets during massage services. Fabric sheets are changed between guests, and disposable table sheets may be used as an added protective layer.
Sauna room linens are also changed between guests. Robes are laundered after each use. Face cradles and commonly touched surfaces are cleaned after use, and reusable slippers are sanitized after each use.
Individually packaged disposable undergarments and head covers are available for sauna services when needed.
Refund Policy
Once a service has started, refunds are generally not provided. If a guest needs to stop the service early due to an emergency or unexpected situation, please notify us right away.
At our discretion, unused service time may be issued as spa credit based on the service price and time already provided. Spa credit is valid for future spa services only and cannot be redeemed for cash or used toward gratuities.
If a service must be stopped because of inappropriate behavior, unsafe behavior, or failure to follow spa policies, no refund or spa credit will be issued.
